Welcome to the StarWiki.
Whether you're a fan of a particular star, or an agent, or just interested in the role celebs can play in promoting better business and more conscious consumption, you can help build this free open source resource on which stars are endorsing what brands, what the issues are, and how this relates to the star's own concerns and charity work.

If you know about a celebrity brand endorsement then check whether the star is featured in the starwiki and if not then you can help by creating the page for that star!
View the full list of stars currently in the starwiki to see whether your Star is featured already (or search for them by clicking "go" and you will be given the option to create a new page if the star isn't included yet).
When creating a new Star page, try to use the basic format, including:
- brands endorsed by the celebrities, that you know for sure and can provide by linking to the source: you can even embed the image.
- recent concerns about the social and environmental performance of brands endorsed with links to further information
- charity work and campaigning by the celebrity
- further information on the stars, the brands, and the charities you mention, using links to wikipedia, for instance
It's best to sign up first so you can track your own changes, and we can check who you are. In addition, you will have the option of having your activity acknowledged, when we stream activity onto a social network (there are plans...)

The StarWiki was launched by Lifeworth ([1]) to enable greater transparency, and so encourage celebrities to adopt the Star Charter [(http://www.starcharter.net)] to use their influence to promote good business and more conscious consumption.
